The things they say...

I have to write this down somewhere so I don't forget.  This will be perfect to read at his wedding or his brides bridal shower.

Racky, age 11, what do you want to be when you grow up?  An inventor.

Do you want to get married?  Yes.

When you're young or old?  Young I would guess.

How many kids do you want?  Maybe 3.

And there names.  Jeremy with an "i", Jeremi, and Lisa.

That's only two names.  What is if you have three girls?  Lisa, Sarai and Makenzie.

Now your wife what will she look like?  She'll have long hair.

Thin or round?  She can be round when she is pregnant but not the rest of the time.  (Me trying not to die of laughter in my hugely pregnant state.)

Will she work or stay home?  It would be best if she stayed home but if she made a lot of money we could save for some vacations.  (Me dying of laughter.)

I tried to question Puddin' and only got to what he wants to be when he grows up, a builder.  A builder of houses because you just use a drill and that's easy.  :-)

I (heart) quotes

This week I'll buy myself a pretty little book.

I'll use it to keep all the quotes I come upon.  I always think I'll remember, I never do.

Little thoughts for this scattered brain to mull over, life seems to great sometimes for big thoughts.

Here is a few I found just today...

God gives us time.
But who has time for God?

Having a large family neither means we are on state assistance or wealthy. Lifestyles and debt are expensive, children aren't.

In your mind, your decisions, your life, whose perspective has the last word? Our culture’s? Or God’s?

A side note: we're still here, schooling, chicken coop building, nesting and soaking up naps while we still can.
